  • Receive and follow reception schedule/instructions from your supervisor
  • Operate paging/telephone system as required
  • Answer telephones; determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual
  • Receive inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedure
  • Greet visitors. Direct to appropriate office and/or personnel
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail as directed
  • Operate copier, office machines, etc., as directed
  • Must have a working knowledge of computers, input/output/retrieval data, etc.

Lead Caregiver Openings

Purpose of Your Job Position

The primary purpose of your job position is to be responsible for supporting the site coordinator and case manager in coordinating training of caregivers to provide care and services for clients while ensuring that clients will receive timely, high quality, and efficient home care services by training, and leading the caregivers when the site coordinator is not available. The lead caregiver will train caregivers or will personally provide timely, accurate, and effective communication with all Caring Friends, agency, client, and client responsible parties regarding provision of client care and services. The Lead Caregiver will fill in caregiving hours to assist in covering the schedule, taking on new clients, etc.

Delegation of Authority

As a Lead Caregiver, you are delegated the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. You must be able to utilize a smart phone app for your daily documentation of services provided to clients, and you will be provided a supervisor to call at any time during your shift when questions arise.

Site Coordinator Openings

Purpose of Your Job Position

The primary purpose of your job position is coordinating care and services for clients while establishing and maintaining schedules for both clients and staff. You will ensure that clients will receive timely, high quality, and efficient home care services. Your leadership skills should cover all aspects of supervising, training, and coaching staff. The Site Coordinator will be professional, have previous supervisory and health care experience, and be ready to lead a team with care and compassion. This is a salaried position, full-time, with great compensation and benefits.
